Promoting the Recognition of Women’s Achievements

Inspiring inclusion, empowering generations

Promoting the Recognition of Women’s Achievements is an international initiative that celebrates the life stories and achievements of senior women (70+) from Romania, Spain, and France. By making their contributions visible, we aim to inspire younger generations, promote inclusion, and break stereotypes across Europe. At the same time, the project strengthens the digital and artistic competences of adult educators, equipping them with modern tools for cultural and educational activities.

Our Goals

  • Contributing to the inclusion of women of third age from 3 European countries through culture by making visible their achievements in order to obtain a change of mindset and behaviour among people of all ages
  • Improving the digital competences necessary for the implementation of cultural and educational activities in the field of adult education for trainers from 3 European organisations by conducting 30 video interviews that form the basis of the e-book.

Expected Results

  • A multilingual e-book featuring inspiring stories of senior women
  • 30 video interviews with older women from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • A toolkit to support educators in developing digital and artistic skills
  • Three newsletters in four languages
